Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Z-Binder, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Z-Binder is a Dragon Ball Super Card Game collection tracking application that allows users to track their trading card collections, organize cards into binders, monitor set completion progress, and view estimated collection values. Card data and pricing information are sourced from third-party providers and may not always be complete or accurate. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using an email address and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings > Security page, which will permanently remove all your data and cancel any active subscription.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Z-Binder offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription:

• Free: Includes up to 3 binders, 5 tracked sets, and 2,000 collection cards with single-quantity tracking.
• Pro ($2.99/month or $29.99/year): Includes unlimited binders, unlimited tracked sets, unlimited collection cards, multiple card quantities, and TCGPlayer cart integration.

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal accessible from the Settings > Subscription page. Upon cancellation, your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining time in a billing period.

6. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at app.zbinder@gmail.com and we will review your case.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Collect or harvest user data without permission
• Circumvent subscription tier restrictions or usage limits

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Z-Binder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Card images, names, and data are property of their respective owners, including Bandai and its licensors. Z-Binder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bandai, Toei Animation, or any card game manufacturer.

9. Third-Party Data and Pricing

Card data and market pricing displayed in Z-Binder are sourced from third-party providers including TCGPlayer. These values are estimates only and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Z-Binder makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of pricing information. Card values should not be relied upon for financial decisions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Z-Binder be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or inaccurate pricing information.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, including subscription pricing. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
